• Device info: device model, OS, language, app version, identifiers/settings (as permitted).
• Usage data: feature interactions, activity, performance metrics, aggregated statistics.
• Crash logs & diagnostics: error reports to help us fix issues and improve stability.

• Approximate or precise location: only if you grant permission; adjustable in device settings.

3.4 Cookies and similar technologies (where applicable)

• Cookies / web beacons: used for login, session management, and preferences (if web components exist).

5) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information

• No face recognition: we do not perform biometric identification or create biometric templates.
• No training/marketing use: we do not use photos or User Content for advertising or model training.
• Storage default: content is stored to provide your archive, unless you choose otherwise.

6) Optional AI-Assisted Processing (If You Choose to Use It)

The App may offer optional features that help transform your movie memories into structured formats (such as organizing entries, generating summaries, or enhancing presentation). If you choose to use any AI-assisted processing:

• User control: you decide whether to upload text/images and whether to generate outputs.
• Processing location: processing is performed on our own servers (not shared with third-party AI providers).
• No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded inputs or generated results with any third party.
• Deletion after processing: uploaded inputs are deleted promptly after processing completes; outputs are saved only if you keep them.
• No training/marketing use: inputs and outputs are not used for training or advertising.

7) How We Share Information

• With your consent: when you explicitly authorize sharing.
• Processors: trusted providers who process data for us under contractual obligations (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting).
• Legal & safety: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers: in mergers/acquisitions, subject to appropriate protections.

We share only what’s needed for the stated purpose (“minimum necessary”).

8) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

• Support: retained up to 6 months.
