Terms of Use (User Agreement)

1) Eligibility (17+)

The Services are intended for users aged 17 or older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 17 and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

2) The Services

ZentoCycle helps you preserve and organize movie memories into a timeline and archive.

• Record: log movie photos, ticket stubs, viewing dates, and personal reflections.
• Visual timeline: see your movie journey unfold over time.
• Monthly summaries: snapshots of viewing habits and favorites.
• Archive: organize and preserve favorites for future nostalgia.

3) Accounts and Security

• Accuracy: provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Confidentiality: keep credentials secure and confidential.
• Responsibility: you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notice: notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

4) User Content

You retain ownership of User Content (e.g., photos, ticket stubs, notes, reflections) you submit to the Services. To operate the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content solely to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the Services.

Your responsibilities

• Rights: you confirm you have the rights needed to upload your User Content.
• No illegal or harmful content: do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, infringing, or disruptive.
• No malware: do not upload or distribute malicious code or attempt to compromise the Services.

5) Optional AI-Assisted Features

The Services may offer optional AI-assisted features to help transform or organize your movie memories (for example, generating structured summaries or enhancing presentation). Use of these features is optional and controlled by you. We handle related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (provided separately).

7) Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering: except as permitted by law.
• No circumvention: do not bypass or disable security features.
• No disruption: do not interfere with the Services, networks, or other users.
• Legal compliance: do not use the Services to violate laws or regulations.

8) Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property, are owned by ZentoCycle or its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted to you, no rights are transferred.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or users.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZentoCycle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14) Governing Law; Binding Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZentoCycle Team is primarily established. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law or where eligible claims may be brought in small claims court.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above when changes are made. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
